matters.

The Principal is the executive and academic head of
institution. Every department / section has a
senior professor designated as Head of
Department/section heads.
The Principal presides over a weekly meeting of heads
of departments where all matters of academic and
administrative nature are discussed and decisions are
taken.
A senior professor is designated as Dean of academic
affairs to look after the smooth conduct of classes.
